Jim meant a lot more to me than even he knew. Jim and I shared several years together on the Exec Board of the Alamo Area Council. Then several years later, Jim was the one who invited me to serve as a volunteer with the Public Affairs Committee of the San Antonio Livestock Exposition. Now 6 years later, I am the chairman of that committee. Jim was a valued friend while Susan and I attended the Church of the Resurrection. Our prayers go out to Sara and the family.
