My dad (deceased) was an engineer at the Imperial Oil Refinery and he introduced our whole family to Jean. Dad, like many other employees, loved to swap funny stories with Jean and tease each other.
Jean was a wise, caring and energetic woman. She set a great example of living life to the fullest.
To her family and friends, my sister and I send our deepest sympathy.

My sincere condolences to the family. I did not know her, but I think that there is a good possibility that her nieces and nephews through her father, may have United Empire loyalist ancestry. There are several Clark men on the Loyalist Directory on the Dominion website. The UE designating a descendant of a Loyalist is representative of the only hereditary title in Canada, passing perpetually through generations. There is a branch of the United Empire Loyalists' Association of Canada in Edmonton.
My best wishes to the family.

In loving memory of Dear Auntie Jean. She always stopped into Stony to see us kids as were growing up, on her way out to Granny's farm.

Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.
