Jeffery inspired me during a time I was having 25 ta 35 seizers a day (due ta a doctor nicking a main artery during an emergency ear Specialist surgery by my skull) When I mentioned toJeffery on what a strong & courageous example he has become in my life, he proceeded to tell me that I inspired & impacted him more then I realized. Jeffery said "every time I had a seizer I would get back up & proceed to the next step in "impact training" class that we were in together. As I have learned "thing don´t happen by accident!" Crazy how ya never truley know who´s life´s is being impacted by choices. Jeffery, you no longer are in pain any more!! I know you are "dancing" with all your family & friends who are in heaven. Time to "cowboy up" you always say. I truly miss ya SO VERY much. Wishing I could squeeze another warm healing hug from ya I will always treasure your friendship. Always Your 403 impact buddy Stacie shaffer

My dearest brother Rest In Peace. My heart will alway have you in it, even though now it´s broken. Thank you for loving me and never giving up on me. Thank you for being my big brother. Thank you for always caring and always protecting me. Thank you for teaching me how to 2 step and for introducing me to country music which changed my life. I´m a proud country girl because of you. You will always be my favorite cowboy. I am who I am from all the goodness that came from you. Hold my hand and keep my heart until I see you again. Jeff was a great friend of my cousin predecessor. Jeff would come over to our house all the time hang out with our cousin and they would go out somewhere in town. Jeff would always play catch or basketball with me and my brother maceo or he would joke around with us or just talk to us about playing sports the right way and to work at whatever we wanted to do in life. We always loved watching Ben Lomond high school sports so we could watch our cousin presence and Jeff play and dominate who ever they were playing, especially Ogden high school! Jeff was always respectful towards our grandparents(that´s who raised us) also when ever he came over to the house.I´ll always remember Jeff as a good person who cared about others and a good athlete who always gave 100%! Jeff, you were my biggest life saver. I will never forget the first time we met. You changed my treatment. Always telling me I can do hard things. Always encouraging me in my sobriety. Letting me know everything will be ok. I appreciated how strong you were and how much you enjoyed helping others even if it didn´t work out.

Jeff was not only a friend but a man I looked up to. We met at Impact Trainings and he was an inspiration to many. He gifted me his old rope and it is something I cherish to this day. He was a coworker, mentor, friend, and like a brother to me. I love him so much.
