Joel was one of my favorite cousins growing up when I visited Midland. Joel was a genuine and outgoing person. Joel was blessed with a loving wife and two wonderful daughters. Esmeralda, you and your daughters are in our thoughts and prayers, along with Joel’s family. Joel will be missed by family and friends. Rest now my dear cousin.

I met Joel around the year 1983 in Midland Texas we spent some great times together. Joel was a great guy and with a lot of class. He always looked sharp and clean cut. I will always remember his smile and laugh. May you rest in Peace my friend. We will see each other again in our Lords kingdom. Our condolences to Esmeralda and family in this difficult time.
