I met Kirk when I was a teenager. He was dating and later married his first wife -Debbie - who is my best friend. He always treated me like one of the family. I'll never forget the Sweet Home Alabama van he had nor his smile. I still have the souvenirs he brought me back from when he was working in Saudi. Even after Debbie and Kirk divorced I always asked how he was doing when I talked to her. I tried to phone him several times when I would be in from Houston but am sorry to say I haven't spoke to him in some time. I send my prayers and love to Kirsten and the entire Bracey family.

I have known Kirk since I was in elementary. I married and moved to Atlanta in 1986 and then moved back to Florence in 2003. I started renovated a 1902 home in the historical district in 2007 and got reacquainted with Kirk while he and Arthur were doing the copper work on my home. I wanted to let you and your family know that I am so sorry for your loss and that I enjoyed the year of getting to know him again and Blessed that I did so..
Prayers,
Delana and kids.
