In hospital, on March 27, 2008, aged 54 years, of Hampton, near Malpas, formerly of Wem and Ellesmere Port. Beloved Husband of Josie, loving Father of Diana and Steven, Grandad 'Daft' to Caitlin, Kian, Tia and Lexie.
Funeralservice to take place at Chester Crematorium, on Thursday, April 17, 2008, at 1.30pm. Bright colours may be worn.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Arthritis Research and The ITU at The Countess of Chester Hospital.
