Sympathy and prayers for "Gordo's" entire family and friends. Gordo was a young man, full of passion and life. He will always be remebered for all that he accomplished but especially never needing to hear a half time pep talk in the Mustang locker room. Gordo may be gone but he will NEVER be forgotten!

My wife and I had the privilage of meeting Gordo when he and our son Michael were seminarians at the Pontifical College Josephinum. We really got to know him when he came south and was Michaels roommate and co-worker for almost a year. We had many Sunday dinners together. It was fun listening to his stories and views on life. He always had a smile on his face, especially when he talked about his family and hometown. He loved to show off his musical talents and even played Amazing Grace at one of our family gatherings. We will truly miss him but know he is in a better place. Our prayers go out to his parents, family and all his friends. God Bless you.

To someone I knew since preschool. Gordo, still can't believe what has happened to you. I can still remember when I moved back and saw you again for the first time in a year or so. It was a great honor to know you and you were truly one of a kind. Watch down over all of us and all of your friends and family. You are one person who filled the hearts of many. Until we meet again my friend... you will always be with us all.

Gordo, let me say what an honor it was to know you and to be considered your friend. Buddy I will never forget the times we shared at the golf course.. Sitting on the deck while we should have been working and laughing out tails off with our impressions of all the guys... You were truly a great man and I am sooo PROUD to have known you!! Just remember when you see Foster get him a cup of coffee and Big Al grab him a burger with a BIG slice of Onion!!!! Save me a spot in heaven and when I get there we can hit 18 and watch Caddyshack "Danny" !!!!

My thoughts and prayers are with your mom and dad and espically with your gram and pap they loved you sooo much as we all did. Rest in peace buddy ill see you soon!!
