Joseph J. Oros

OROS, Joseph J, , 83, of Sebring, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2013. Mr. Oros was born September 9, 1930 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Joseph and Rose (Pilinyi) Oros. He was a Korean War Veteran, serving in the U.S. Marine Corp. He retired from Chrysler in Kokomo, Indiana after 35 years of service. After retirement he moved to Sebring in 1990. Survivors include his loving wife of 59 years, Helen; son, Michael of St. Joseph, MI; daughter, Deborah Vandergriff of Knoxville, TN; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, David. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, 12470 Telecom Drive, Suite 300 West, Temple Terrace, FL 33637.
