Julia Adler

Adler, Julia (Jill) Churchill Henderson Age 70 Of St. Paul Died suddenly on May 28th, 2007, of natural causes. Daughter of the late Cheridah Babcock Henderson and the late Rear Admiral Robert Henderson, stepdaughter of the late Ileana Quintesque Henderson. She is survived by her beloved husband Michael A. Adler; daughter, Kate Astle of Portland, Oregon; son, Robert Adler of Eugene, Oregon; son, Alan Adler of St. Paul, Minnesota and his special friend, Aimee Olcott; step-son Todd E. Adler and daughter-in-law Linda Adler of Belmont, California; and grandson Joshua Astle, of Portland, Oregon. A third-generation Californian, Jill was educated around the world as a Navy daughter. She chose motherhood over career, and was a loving parent, companion, and partner to her family and friends. She epitomized grace under pressure, was strong and upright through her suffering, and was a positive influence on everyone she met. She will be greatly and deeply missed.
