KATHERINE J. "KATIE" McNALLY, age 29, cherished daughter of Jacqui (nee Wilkinson) and Sean McNally; adored love of Craig Fada's life; beloved sister and best friend of Lauren Larkin (Eamon), Kealy McNally and Molly Snarr (Nathan); loving dog mom to Zeus; favorite Aunt KT to Dylan, Declan, June, Sean, Nathan and Kollyns; loving granddaughter of Jack "Popper" McNally (Sheila, deceased) and the late Nana June and Papa Jack Wilkinson; dear niece, cousin and friend of many; dearest friend of Tess, Grace and Jackie. Proud graduate of Rocky River High School Class of 2012 and The Ohio State University. Katie courageously battled ALL for 16 months. She passed away peacefully December 10, 2022 surrounded by her family and close friends. The family extends a huge thank you to all of the doctors and nurses who cared for Katie. Funeral Mass Saturday, December 17, St. Christopher Church (20141 Detroit Rd., Rocky River) at 10 A.M. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Mass will be livestreamed at: https://boxcast.tv/view/funeral-of-katie-mcnally-hnaxqkj5luln10rtlt4c. Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS, FRIDAY 3-7 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Katie's name are suggested to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at lls.org

Words can’t do justice in explaining the type of friend Katie was. She had my back through so much - as a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, the person who could always make me laugh, or the person I could count on to stand up for me when I couldn’t do that for myself. I will forever cherish our memories growing up spending weekends at each other’s house, playing basketball together, and as roommates as Ohio State. This is truly such a loss for everyone who knew her. I pray that the McNally family & close loved ones of Katie find peace and strength during this incredibly hard time. #KatieStrong, always.

We were saddened when we heard Katie was ill and devastated by news of her passing. Please accept our most heartfelt condolences. We pray the Lord Jesus Christ will ease your burdens during this difficult time.
Katie and all her sisters were so enjoyable to teach and coach while students and athletes at RRCSD. We have such fond memories of each girl. Katie specifically was a huge blessing. She always wore a smile, had a powerful yet quiet personality, and was very dedicated and passionate. Seeing the image of her in the obituary brought a flood of thoughts, but most importantly it brought a sense of pride for the child she was, the talented teenager she became, and the awesome adult she grew to be. We desperately wish those years could have lasted much, much longer.
