Keith MOFFETT Obituary
Suddenly in hospital, surrounded with family and friends on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the age of 60. Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Kapcala). Loving father of Melissa Foran (Patrick) and Laura Moffett- Larabie (Justin). Treasured grandfather to Makayla, Karson, Zackary and Lucas. Dear son of the late Elizabeth (nee Murphy) and Baird Moffett (Rolande). Brother of Carol-Ann Faith, Bruce, Peter, Jeff and the late Cindy. Keith will be sorely missed by the Kapcala family, nieces, nephews, Jane and Ron and many special friends. Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation Parkway) on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, from 11 a.m. A Celebration of Keith's Life will follow in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Notre-Dame Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Pancreatic Cancer Canada (pancreaticcancercanada.ca) would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to Dr. Louise Linney and 5th Floor North West staff at the Ottawa General Hospital for their loving care and compassion.

Dad, you have been gone now for over a month, yet I still reach to call you to tell you about my day everyday.
I look at Lucas and see so much of you in him and I take pride that you continue to live through Laura and I, and the kids.
I miss you more than words can say and hope some day soon the pain will lessen a bit.

Nancy, Melissa and Laura. The passing of Keith is truly a shock. He will always be remembered for his sense of humour and glowing smile. His piercing blue eyes shall always be looking down upon you. My deepest heartfelt sympathies to all of you! We are a close family and we are there for each other in any type of crisis! Feel free to lean on us for whatever you may need! I loved Keith, he was my brother-in-law for a long time and I first met him 40-41 years ago! We did a lot of activities together while the 4 of us dated, then got in engaged and even married 6 months apart! Our kids were cousins but grew up to be more like brothers and sisters when living in Blackburn Hamlets! Miss you my friend Keith! Rest in Peace!

My sincere condolences to all the Moffett family.
I remember Keith from Woodroffe High School, Algonquin College and we also worked together at the Carlingwood Loblaws back in 1972.
Just as it was when I worked with Bud on the Fire Department, there was never a dull moment. Great fun to be with.

We have a hard time believing that our dear brother-in-law & uncle is no longer here with us.
