Kenneth Ball Obituary
ROCHESTER - Kenneth Ball, 61, passed away Thursday April 24, 2014, at the Hyder Family Hospice House following a period of failing health.
Born December 28, 1952, in Rochester he was the son of Kenneth Ball and June (Nichols) Cate.
Mr. Ball was a truck driver for Irving Oil.
He loved following all of the New England sports teams and going fishing.
Members of his family include his children Clayton Ball, Brian Ball and Melissa Graves and husband David all of Rochester; six grandchildren DJ, Angela, Savannah, Alexa, Nicholas, and Samantha, his mother June Cate of Farmington; and a special uncle who supported him and stayed by his side Ronald Nichols of Rochester.
He was predeceased by his father Kenneth Ball.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of the R.M. Edgerly and Son Funeral Home, 86. S. Main St. Rochester, N.H.
Burial will follow in the Rochester Cemetery located on Franklin St.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Centralized Memorial Processing Center, 30 Speen St. Framingham, Mass. 01701-9376.

I am so sorry to hear of Ken's passing. I met him at Gary's Sports Bar and he was one of the nicest people I ever met. I count my blessings to have known him.

To Ken's Family,
Kenny and I spent a lot of time together growing up in Rochester. We'd play basketball year round in my driveway or at the School Street School playground. Growing up Ken's favorite team was the Baltimore Colts and his favorite player was Johnny Unitas. We played together many times with his electric football game in his grams home. We lost touch with each other in high school but, I have some nice memories that will continue to make me smile. Kenny was a good guy and I'm thankful for having him as a friend. May the love of family and friends carry you through his difficult time.
