I worked for Len at NASA Lewis on the Centaur Program. Len was 3 levels above me but we each saw a contractual brilliance. Len recommended me to the FAA as a contract specialist. I moved to DC and worked a short time at FAA before helping the Navy buy its nuclear submarines. I later retired as GS-18 Chief Judge of a Board of Contract Appeals. I have always admired Len's contractual brilliance and remembered his role in advancing my career. Ed Houry
