I wish I could be present with you all in person. However I have been and will continue to be present through thoughts and prayers. I'm so glad she was appointed Archdeacon for Formation and so sorry she left us so soon. She was a very special person in my life and a great example of following in our Lord's footsteps as a Deacon. Now she rests, free from all pain of every kind, in the arms of her and our Lord.

Dear Jim, Trudie, Nancy & David,
Like the Alexanders, I have very fond memories of growing up in Adelphi and spending a lot of time at your home in elementary and junior high school.
I am thinking of you as you try to cope with this most difficult of losses.
April 30, 2012
Dear Jim, Trudie, Nancy & David...we are a voice from your past when we all knew each other as neighbors from Adelphi and Cherokee Lane elementary which left us with warm memories of your family.
Just want to write and express to you of how sad we are for you and know this is such a loss for you.

To the family of Madeleine C. Beard: We don't always have to know a family to have empathy for them when they lose a loved one in death. I wish to express my condolences as you endure this great loss. Also, our loving heavenly Father is the "God of all comfort" and he can and will help you through this difficult period because "he cares for you".

Dear Mr. Beard, Nancy, Trudie, and Family. Our family is so sad to hear of your loss this morning. My children's Sunday School Class remembers Madeleine today. I know she touched many lives at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Highland, Maryland. Her dedication and commitment to outreach will be one of the legacy she has left us at St. Mark's. I will always remember her prayers for so many on often forgotten in our society and for those in need. You family is in our prayers during this time of loss. Lisa Hansen-Viglotti and family.
