Marlene Ryan Obituary
She was born May 14, 1939, in Scranton, PA, Daughter of Robert and Mary (Herko) Elliott. She died Thursday, August 7, 2008, in Inverness.
She worked as a Homemaker and moved to Hernando from Hudson, MA, in 2000.
Mrs. Ryan was a member of the Citrus Hills Divine Nine and St. Scholastica Catholic Church, Lecanto.
She was an avid golfer and enjoyed her family and grandchildren.
Mrs. Ryan was preceded in death by her parents.
Surviving are her husband, James J. Ryan of Hernando; 2 daughters: Marla A. Ryan of New York City, NY; Norine R. Balsamo and Son-in-Law, Stephen Balsamo, both of Bucks County, PA; Sister, Janice Calabrese of Scottsdale, AZ; and 2 granddaughters, Brooke Lyn Balsamo, Grace Balsamo.
