MARY KOSANOVICH Obituary
Age 85, on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, of Carrick. Wife of the late Rudy Kosanovich; mother of Dr. Rodney (Donna) Kosanovich and Daniel (Roberta) Kosanovich, Esq.; grandmother of Milan, Matthew, Danielle, Amy, Chad and Chelsee; great-grandmother of three; sister of Sylvia, Natalie, Nancy, Florence, Lawrence, Matthew and the late George. Friends will be received at the JOHN F. SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, on Friday from 1-8 p.m. A Pomen Service will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. Friends will also be received on Saturday in Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Cathedral from 10-11 a.m., at which time a funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 450 Maxwell Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15236. Please send condolences to:

Dr. Kosasnovich and Family
I just learned of Mary Lou's passing yesterday. I was wondering why I hadn't seen her when I was over at Pathways. She was a very very sweet lady and will be missed. Live in the wonderful memories that you all have shared and may she find peace now with God. Thinking of you all. Roseann Morris' family from Pathways.

May the joy Mary Lou always had in her heart continue to bless her children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was such a wonderful woman and proud of her progeny who were able to accomplish so much in their lives, intellectually, socially and athletically.
She also loved her Holy Trinity Orthodox church and Serbian heritage and her passing is a real loss to all of us. Memory Eternal to a fine lady who will sorely be missed. Vjecnaja Pamjat!
