Mary Voisin Obituary
Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 4, in the Dauphine Chapel of Chauvin Funeral home beginning at 9 a.m. Services will be held at 11 a.m., with interment to follow in St. Francis DeSales Cemetery II.
Mrs. Voisin is survived by her husband of 54 years, Larry Joseph Voisin; son, Larry Joseph Voisin II and wife, Colleen of Suwanee, Ga.; daughters, Marilyn and husband, Billy Jarreau of Cut Off, and Carolyn Walker of Gibson; sister, Roberta Folse Guillot; grandchildren, Jenny, Mandy, Jeremy, Billy, Ashley, Brandon, Callie, Wesley, Caleb, Lily and Jonah; and six great-grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Hector and Hazel Seely Folse; and son-in-law, Jerry Walker.
Mary was a dedicated secretary for the Terrebonne Parish School District for 20 years. She enjoyed playing dominos and cooking for her family and friends. She lived for and adored her grandchildren.

It was great having her and Toot with the group on the recent vacation to the Bahamas. There was ample time to visit and she was a pleasure being around. Sorry Pat is ill and we cannot be present.

We will miss Mrs. Mary dearly. She was a loving and wonderful person. My heart is still heavy with the news of her passing but we find comfort that she is home with her Heavenly Father! Mr. Joe and family, we will continue to pray for your comfort beyond understanding and peace during this difficult time.
