Matthew Roy Simmons

Ralph and I are very saddened by the death of Matt Simmons, formerly of our hometown and my second cousin. I fondly remember being a babysitter in the Simmons home when the children were small. The Simmons family will hold a special place in my heart and our condolences go to Ellen and his daughters, as well as Julie, Liza,
L.E., Harris and David.

What fun memories I have of Matt at the U. He was full of life and always had a prank up his sleeve...I remember being the recipient of a few. What a great life he lived. My heart is heavy for you. I send my love and condolences.

We are deeply saddened with the loss of Matt Simmons. He was an exceptional man, a loving husband, father, and friend. He was an outstanding businessman and mentor. His legacy and influence cannot be measured. We express our love and condolences to Ellen, his children, his immediate and extended family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Matt well from the Layton 4th Ward and was glad to see him at his mom's funeral. He was so full of life and fun. Roy and Tibby have welcomed him to paradise.
