Precious elder daughter of David and Coral Swan, sister and sister-in-law of Eleanor and Brett Scrivener, and James.



Treasured granddaughter of
Marj Swan and Veronica Beath.



Loved and loving daughter-in-law of
Terry and Cheryl Chamberlain and
sister-in-law of Ian and Jody and Kellie.



Loved and loving aunt of
Mia and Jesse Scrivener, and Lachlan,
Bailey and Morgan Chamberlain.



Loved and loving niece, cousin and cousin-in-law of the Beath and Swan families.



Relatives and friends are invited to attend Melanie's funeral to be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Strangways Street, Curtin, ACT, on Friday, 7 October 2016, with
Requiem Mass commencing at 11:00 am.
Private cremation will follow.



In lieu of flowers, it is preferred a donation be made in Melanie's memory to the University of Canberra Cancer Research Fund to directly support ground breaking research into the treatment of metastatic breast cancer being undertaken by a dedicated team led by Professor Sudha Rao, work close to Melanie's heart. Details for making donations will be available at the Church.
