I just found this notice after googling his name, and I am so sorry to hear of his passing.
I doubt anyone will read this, considering my late entry.
I worked with Mike on the "Trimmer Crew" at the City Cemetery the summer of 1971. We had a shared love of Firesign Theatre and spent that summer reciting dialogue to one another, laughing and laughing.
Mike was kind and so funny, and although I thought of him from time-to-time, we never reconnected - and now it's too late.
It was a privilege to have known him.

So sad to hear of Mike passing. We were best of friends for many years. He was a great guitar player, we were in two different bands together. We both loved music and used to mow lawns to make money to go buy records. He was funny, smart, kind and a wonderful friend. My condolences to his family. Peace Mike....

I am so sorry to hear about Mike's passing. My condolences to his family and loved ones. I played softball with Mike and a bunch of guys for many years and it was a great time. He will truly be missed.

This is such sad news. We adored Mike. He was so kind and gracious to our family. He helped design and build the most beautiful bench for our daughter. A true work of art was created. He shared his feelings with us while working on this monument and we will forever be thankful for his kindness and friendship. His craftsmanship and pure soul we're such a gift to us. We will always treasure him.
To his family - We are heartbroken for you. We have the hope that you will be filled with love and peace for every step you take. We know tears are important and will come and go for years...if not forever. So will your laughter while reflecting on your joys celebrated with him.
Sending love, The Morris Family
