Other family members include his mother, Martha J. Welch of Raymond; father, Steven W. Welch Sr. of Danville; brother, Steven W. Welch Jr. of Epping; also five children, Joseph, 23, Michael, 21, Cheyanne, 19, David, 17, Jacob, 14; also two grandmothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
There will be a celebration of his life at a later time.
