Norman Joseph Guidry

Norman Joseph Guidry, 90, a native and resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana passed away on August 17, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. A visitation will be held in his honor on Monday, August 20, 2018 at St. Genevieve Catholic Church from 9:00 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. The burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Rose Vicknair Guidry; sons, Larry Guidry and wife Elizabeth, Jace J. Guidry; daughters, Norma Riles and husband Mike, Lisa Battaglia and husband Sammy, Connie Barbera and husband Donald; sisters, Lucy Rodrigue, Anna Mae Blanchard, and Shirley Aizen; grandchildren, Holly Riles, Derek Guidry, Amber Smith, Gia Bourgeois, Seve Battaglia, Beau Barbera, and Logan Barbera; and great-grandchildren, Whitney Guidry and Brooks Barbera. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Leticia Ordoyne Guidry; brothers, Edward, Curtis, Leroy, Charles Jr. "C.J", and Ray Guidry; and sister, Beverly Ockman.
