Passed away suddenly on Friday 26th September 2014, aged 80 years.
Much loved Husband of Pat, loving Father and Grandfather.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Special thanks to all the Doctors and Nurses at Warwick Hospital looking after Peter that day.
Funeral Service will be held at Oakley Wood Crematorium, South Chapel on Wednesday 22 October 2014 at 11.15am.
All friends past and present welcome.
