I was just on internet looking for old friends from my youth. I typed in Phillip Neumann and the obit appeared. So sorry to all of you. Phil and I were best friends through elementary, Northwest Lutheran, and then at Concordia High School. He had a great passion for basketball when he was young. Often on the way to Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church on a Sunday morning we would pass the local basketball court and there was Phil. He was a good soul. Sympathies to wife and children and brother Bob. Pastor Craig Moeller. Regina, Saskatchewan.

My sincere condolences to the entire family. I was lucky enough to work with Phil for many years. We started our careers at SG within a week of each other and shared many laughs. I am saddened to hear the news but know Phil is in a better place now. Rest In Peace my friend.

"Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).
Take comfort knowing there is one more angel watching over all of us. Rindie and I send thoughts of comfort in our prayers.

Tim, Chris, and Family,
I'm sorry to hear about this loss to your family. Your Dad was definitely a kind and gentile soul and I value the time we worked together. I'm thinking of you all as you work through the emotions of losing your Dad.

Tim, Chris and the entire family
I am so sorry for your loss. To me, Phil was the epitome of the calm and stoic captain delivering his ship through often turbulent waters. A person to admire and seek guidance. An Indication of who is a person was is the children he raised, which speak for themselves.
My eternal gratitude
Rest In Peace Phil.
