Losing someone that we love never comes easy. It is truly heartbreaking. May God's promises in Isaiah 65:17 comfort and help you.

Peace my friend. We had good times in Albion. You are exactly as described, a great man.

Janelle & Marissa-- I am so sorry to learn of your loss. Your father put his everything into his role at the City of Ypsilanti, and I saw it first hand. Dedication that never quit. I loved his quirky side-- in particular his stories of being a reel runner in DC during Watergate. I am so sorry he had been suffering so much for these last few years, especially after the loss of your mother. My thoughts are with you. Amanda Maria Edmonds, Former Mayor, City of Ypsilanti.

Dearest Janelle & Marissa and family,
Bob and I are so very sorry for the loss of your wonderful father who will be sorely missed. Ralph and Kay were dear and devoted friends to my parents and to us. May you find comfort and strength in the memories of both your beloved parents. Our love to you always,
Bob & Lynn Goertz
