Robert O'Brien Obituary
Robert C. O'Brien, age 81 of Secaucus, passed away on Wednesday, July 12th, 2017 at the Harborage Nursing Home in North Bergen.
Born in Union City to the late William and Margaret (McKiernan) O'Brien, Robert was a proud veteran of the 101st Airborne Infantry. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
Robert is survived by his loving wife, Janet (Schlagentweith) O'Brien, his daughter, Tara O'Brien, and one adoring grandchild, Shawn Katchula.
Visitation will be held Monday, July 17th, 2017 from 4-9 PM at the Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094. A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, July 18th, 2017, 9:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church in Secaucus. Entombment will follow in the Holy Cross Mausoleum, North Arlington. Bob was a beautiful man. Caring and kind. We had a lot of fun times with him and Janet. We will miss him but know he is with God and no longer suffering.
