Bob and I were brothers from different mothers: We quickly bonded as "steps" and, until I Ieft CA for an Army post, we spilled a lot of beer, surfed, and managed to attend a bullfight in Tiajuana where I introduced Bob to my "bota bag". In spite of geographical distance, we remained in touch and with our wives, spent many happy hours laughing about shared experiences.
