ROSE MARIE MANCOSH

Dear Mr. Mancosh and Mancosh family,

Mrs. Mancosh remains a significant figure for me some 25 years after my time at the middle school. Her gentle way was a comfort to me during those years. She was indeed a lady. I wish for you all peace and clarity in this period as you reflect upon her life, and perhaps consider warmly the importance of her presence for students like me.

We were privileged to know Rose Marie and to share some happy times with her. We always enjoyed our time with her and found her wisdom something to be treasured. She was a person of great value as a friend and a relative. Her friendship was something we will always remember.

Please accept our deepest sympathy and know that we will keep Rose Marie and your family in our prayers.

Dear Family, Jane Ann and I are deeply saddened by Rose Marie's passing. She was one of the most gracious and caring people we have ever known. It was an honor to have worked and associated with her at the SSA Middle School, where she always had that wonderful smile and kind things to say about everyone. Though not having had the privilege of knowing your Mom, I can say unhesitatingly that she was a very special person. Her obituary is testimony to that. Dear Mancosh Family,

I just wanted to send my condolences to your family. I never had the pleasure of meeting Rose Marie but I have worked with Dave at Epic for over 10 years. He has always been a pleasure to work with and an enjoyable guy to be around and I am sure that due credit must be given to Rose Marie as a person and as a mother for that. Dear Family,

Rose Marie gave me my first real doze of steadiness. When visiting her little kitchen on Filmore Road, Rose Marie, with activity+ from the munchkins, took crusts from bread to make(believed to be) Grandma Beck's conveted turkey stuffing. She was unfazed by what I thought was bedlam. It was she and I under one umbrella and that was to be all the times that we shared. That I belonged was what she gave to me and a new understanding that loving could extend to more family. Rose Marie will always be to me the standard for propriety and grace.
