Roswell C. Hull

Roswell C. (Sorg) Hull, 77, of Warrenton, Mo., died on Aug. 18, 2008 at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital in St. Peters, Mo. Sorg was born May 1, 1931, to Thomas and Nannie (nee Clark) Hull in Farber, Mo. He was united in Marriage to Patricia A. Gronemeyer on July 6, 1973, in Lamar, Mo. They celebrated 35 years of marriage. Mr. Hull was a retired Truck Driver of 50 years. He was a member of the Teamsters Local #610 and also a member of the Schutzenground Association and the Elks Lodge in Warrenton, Mo. Beloved husband of Patricial Hull of Warrenton, Mo.; loving father of Phyllis Owenby (Howard), Karla Hull (Danny), Kathy Pottebaum (Chris) and Karen Mora (Tomas), all of Warrenton, Mo.; Jim Achenback (Cara) of Washington, Mo.; and the late Thomas Hull; devoted grandfather of Brett and Trevor Owenby, Tonya Brooks (Robert), Jesse White, Miranda, Christopher, Ashlee and Roswell "Chaz" Pottebaum, Anthony Owenby, Rico Mora, and Ally Glosemeyer; great-grandfather of Harmony Pottebaum; dear brother of Ray Hull, Emma Burts, Margie McCoy and Millie Hulse, all of Farber, Mo.; Earl Hull of Kingman, Az.; Marie Harris of Vandalia, Mo.; Maureen Selby, of Curryville, Mo.; and the late Beulah and Almer; and our dear friend. Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Aug. 22 at the Martin Funeral Chapel in Warrenton, Mo., with Father Donald Glastetter officiating.
