Funeral Service for MR. RUSSELL E. FRANKS, JP, MBE, Stalwart Councilor, age 75 years of #105 Musket Close, Freeport, Grand Bahama and formerly of Nassau, New Providence will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Nansen Avenue and Columbus Drive, Freeport, Grand Bahama. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Keith Russell. Cremation will follow.

Viewing will be held in the "Serenity Suite" at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Limited, #11-A Coral Road, Freeport, Grand Bahama on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until service time.
