O'HARA, Terence Joseph
After a courageous battle with cancer at the Ottawa General Hospital on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the age of 64 years. Beloved husband of Cathy. Loving father of Patrick. Predeceased by his parents John and Mildred, his sister Colleen, his brother John, and his wife Gayle Forrest. Dear brother of Mark, Sharon, Geoffrey, and Norman. Terry will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his family and friends.
Friends may pay their respects at the
Capital Memorial Chapel
& Visitation Centre,
3700 Prince of Wales Dr., Ottawa,

on Thursday, May 16, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until the time of Memorial Service at 6:30 p.m., reception to follow.
As an expression of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society may be made in Terry's memory.

Terry was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I will miss him with all of my heart. He always knew how to put a smile on your face.
