To Dr. Eva Kemeny and family,
I was a long-time colleague of Tibor's at Health Canada. He set high standards for personal deportment in life and at work, but at the same time, he had a marvelous sense of humour and was able also to laugh at human foibles. He had a delicious sense of irony and consequently was a wonderful raconteur -- usually on the topic of those human foibles. I heard many stories over the years of his family and I know how much all of you meant to him and how proud he was of you. I miss him for his care and concern about his colleagues, his professional guidance and the laughter that filled our offices when we worked together. My profound sympathies for the loss of your dear husband, father, and grandfather. I was very sad to hear of his passing.

To Dr. Eva Kemeny and family: My sincere and deepest sympathies at this grievous passing of your precious Tibor.
I have many pleasant work-place memories from past years of assisting Dr. Kemeny at HPB. Always the glentleman, his warm caring manner and respect for others are predominant in my mind, but his elegant way of describing certain situations could force a smile to the most serious of staff members. That I will remember forever. Tibor please! I just want to say thanks for the memories. It was indeed an honour.
Respectfully and with sadness
