When I opened my Facebook and saw my friends picture it was like a happy visit. I think about Vasu many many times and miss her . She taught me so much , and I had just had a conversation last week and said well that is like what Vasu said . Rest beside your beloved husband my dear dear friend. I remember. My very deepest condolences to the family.

Vasu was such a gentle person with a happy kindness that drew you in, always smiling and chatting with all of us when she came to visit at Mondetta. My deepest condolences to the family. May your wonderful memories of her bring you comfort at this sad time.

I will never forget those bonding time with her, sharing her thought with her sweet smile. She mentioned how she started here in Winnipeg not knowing how to speak English... Such a nice woman I met....Puspha, Divya and to the whole family, my deepest condolence.

It is easy to be a nice person in the present of Vasu. She is the word "NICE" personified.

She came by our desks, gave us her smiles with a little tilt on head and said, "how are you?". You knew that she cared and genuinely asking about you. What your daily trouble melted away for that moment.

We remember the photo pinned on her desk of the younger Vasu and her baby elephant - the real animal. We remember her in her beautiful gold trimmed sari and she did her diva model walk in the Mondetta Halloween 2016 costume competition. She was just gorgeous!

Vasu passed on to us her view point of life - humility, her kindness and strength. She will always be honored and dear in our heart.
