W. Michael Blevins LEBANON, Va. W. Michael Blevins, 37, passed away at his home Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011. He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Blevins, Lebanon; maternal grandfather, Coy Minton of Saltville, Va.; and paternal grandparents, John L. and Annie Taylor Blevins of Broadford, Va. Sruvivors include his wife, Paulette and daughter, Brenda both of Lebanon; his mothers, Ann Minton Blevins of Lebanon and Vicki Minton Link of Saltville; brothers, Josh Betts and wife, Kayla of Bristol, Va., Chad Link and wife, Katrina, of Decatur, Ala., and Tim Link and wife, Danna, of Athens, Ala.; his maternal grandmother, Lois Swartz Minton of Saltville; special aunts, Thelma and Nita Swartz all of Saltville; several nieces and nephews; and special lifelong friend, Brian Akers of Lebanon. Funeral services for Michael Blevins will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday Nov. 19, 2011, in the D.R. Henderson funeral Home with the Rev. Kenny Howard and the Rev. David Mumpower officiating. Burial will follow in the Taylor family cemetery. The family will receive friends from noon until 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home and anytime at the home of Lois Minton, 902 W.
