I had the wonderful opportunity to help out Wallace and Marge when they came to Tustin for 6 months each year. He was so nice and always cheerful when I came in the house. We developed a special friendship and I loved hearing all his different stories. I'm sure Panda was there to greet him on the Bridge when he passed over. Miss you Wallace.

Thanks Scott for calling me about Wallys passing. As with me, I suppose, many awesome memories also flooded your mind .
Wally and I were long time buddy's ever since my folks and I moved out here to my grandparents orange ranch in north Tustin ( from Santa Ana around 1936 ) and I enrolled in the 4th grade at Tustin Elementary. Our mutual interest and curiosity involving crystal sets and vacuum tube circuits grew and became more dangerous as we attended Tustin High. Things like Potassium Iodide mini-bombs and mega-volt Tesla Coils. Even in our retired life we continued to fantasize and share thoughts about past episodes and dreamed of mega-mega volt coils etc.
In the last few years Wally and I continued to hang out when he and Marge took road trips to their Yorba St. "ranch". It was during these years when they were here in Tustin that he and I faithfully attended a simple Saturday morning Bible Study Breakfast at Calvary Church. Yes, I must say that our topics of discussion began to include some spiritual and faith issues where Wally expressed in his quiet humble way his commitment to God and His Son Jesus Christ.
I look forward to chatting with Wally again in the future; I believe our topics of discussion will be giving God the glory for His awesome creation even the principles of Space- Time and electromagnetic propagation; Tesla radiation !!!! Thank you again for allowing me to share. Bill Rowley
