Walter Hurt Obituary
Clarksville - Walter Floyd Hurt, age 62 of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018 at his residence.
A celebration of his life will be 2 p.m. Sunday, January 21, 2018 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Bro. Billy Buchanan officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 12 noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Walter was born June 17, 1955 in Montgomery County, TN son of the late, Hugh and Margaret Renfro Hurt. He was a 1974 graduate of Clarksville High School and was retired from the Minit Mart Food Store on Riverside Drive. His hobbies were fishing, crafting, and was an avid bicyclist. He frequently volunteered his time and skills in the audio and video ministry at the Clarksville Church of God of Prophecy.
