Age 63, on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. Beloved father of Bill (Courtney), Matt (Jessica), Joanne Onyshko, and Cara (Ryan) Keller; grandfather of Bailey, Billy, Bria, Matt, Kendall, McKenna, Mia, and Brandon; son of the late William and Mildred; brother of Robert (Linda), Richard (Linda), Carol (James) Combs, Thomas (Kathleen), Michael (Melissa), and David Onyshko; many nieces and nephews. Per Bill's wishes, there is no visitation. Services and interment private. Arrangements by THOMAS P. KUNSAK FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3552 California Ave. at Davis Ave., Pgh., PA 15212.

Dear Onyshko Family,
I was very shocked and saddened to hear of Bill's passing. He was such a huge part of my childhood/ sports career--umping/reffing thru hoops and baseball/softball---from 3rd grade until I graduated HS. The memories I had of the St leo/St Francis days....with my dad (Duce), Charlie, Phil....Brightwood....I always loved when I would see Bill in his stripes...I always knew that he would have my back during the game- He was such a wonderful man. I can't imagine the pain that you are enduring right now...my deepest condolences and prayers of healing for you all.

So sorry to read and learn about Bill. From the Rams of little league to the ACC football team he was a great guy, and it's sad to see him go. I know you have wonderful memories of him, and I hope you'll remember him that way - a wonderful guy.
