I was shocked and saddened to hear that Bill passed away. He always made me smile. Whether he would call me by name and ask me where my name tag was, or tease me about how I parked, he always had something comical to say. He was fun to tease too! I will sure miss his greeting everyday as I'm sure it will never be the same at SGI.

May all the wonderful memories you have of Bill help you through this difficult time and may you cherish them forever.

Very sorry to hear about the passing of Bill. I also knew him from SGI, as well as various concert securities. He always had a smile and called everyone by name. It will be very different without his personal touch to the job. The laugh and smiles just won't be the same. Rest in Peace Bill. My condolences to his family

So very sorry to hear this sad news. Bill was such a nice man and I will miss seeing him everyday. He was so caring and really took the time to learn and remember everyones names! My sister works at City Hall and she comes to SGI a few days a week to meet some of us for lunch - of course he remembers her by name too and would often ask if I was meeting her or how she was doing if he hadn't seen her for a while. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

When I came over to SGI the Security crew at my previous workplace told me about this amazing guard they had at SGI named Bill and his amazing ability to remember every employee's name - how right they were.

From the day I started Bill's kindness and warm smile made me feel so welcome.

My deepest condolences to his family, he was a shining star for us at SGI head office.

I am sure that I speak for everyone at SGI when I say, it wasn't a good day until you saw Bill and said Hello to him (and he to you!). He was always smiling and made you feel like smiling too. He always made you feel special when you walked by. He had to have a memory like an elephant as I am positive he knew EVERYONE'S name (and if he didn't he soon learned it). I will miss seeing you, my friend, when I pass by the Security Desk and I know that I will think of you everyday. To Bill's family, my thoughts and prayers are with you now and always. May you find comfort in knowing that you are not alone in missing your husband, friend and father. I trust that God will help you through this difficult time as will your friends.

I was saddened to hear of the loss of Bill. I truly will miss saying good morning to him every morning at SGI. I had lunch on a few occasions with him years ago and then was moved to another building on Rochdale for a few years. When they moved my dept back to Head Office, Bill welcomed me home (at SGI) with open arms, literally. He was a wonderful man and good friend. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. My deepest condolences to Bill's family.

Bill will surely be missed. We had coffee breaks a lunches together at Sgi. We would talk about all kinds of topics. But the one he would always love to joke about was the length of time it was taking to build my 64 Chevelle. My last rememberance of Bill will be the firm hand shake and the feeling of conferenced at the hospital that the operation was going to go well.ill miss you Bill.
