I didn't know Chris, but we were cycling on the road when he took ill. So very, very sorry for your loss. For some reason we were to be there on that remote hill at exactly that time so Chris wasn't alone. I am thankful to God for that.
We have been praying for the entire family since that day and will continue to do so. There are many condolences that have been expressed by our cycling "family" that folks wanted to pass to you.
God's blessings to you all in the days, weeks and months ahead!

Teresa,
It is with the heaviest of hearts that I write this note, But none heavier than the grief you carry at this moment. I am proud to have had the opportunity to "solve the worlds problems" with Chris, and with you. While we have not seen you guys in quite a while, I feel our hearts and Spirt are connected. Maybe it is Cassella. Maybe it is our Moms and Dads. Or maybe...it is just good people. A great soul was lost; way too soon. A big piece of our hearts will never be the same; ever. But somehow, in some way, yet for us to understand, we will try to find a way to move forward...a way to "pay it forward", It is this generosity, zest for life, and adventure that Chris displayed, that I will remember, Jill and I are deeply sincere in our prayers for you and Sammy. We grieve with you in your loss. We pray with you for strength. Tom and Jill.

I'm so sorry for your loss. There were several people trying CPR on Christopher. Bikers & people that came upon the scene. We all tried to bring him back. I just know that God had made His decision to take him home with him.

I am so sorry for your loss and will keep your family in my prayers. I will always remember Chris as a quiet but hard working student who always tried to do his best. He was always willing to do what was asked of him; just an all around great kid.
