Edwin Rosario Obituary
Edwin Rosario of West Nyack, NY passed away on Saturday June 30, 2012 at the age of 74. He was born on December 7, 1937 in Puerto Rico to Antonio and Regina (Soto) Rosario.
On June 18, 1960 in NYC, Mr. Rosario married his true love, Mildred Nieves. For 52 years she never left his side - theirs was an example of lifelong love and commitment to everyone they met.
A hard working man his entire life, Ed owned Regina Check Cashing in West Nyack. He had a passion for cars, but nothing made him happier than to be surrounded by his beloved wife, children, grandchildren and family dogs.
Ed is survived by his wife Mildred, children, Bonnie Rosario of Nanuet, NY, Edwin and his wife Jennifer of Warwick, NY, Jennifer Miller and her husband Adam of Tuxedo Park, NY, Penny Roberts and her husband Anthony of Monroe, NY and Jaymie Bercedoni and her husband Jose of Fayetteville, NC, his 10 grandchildren, Maxwell, Miles, Ian, AJ, Brett, Brianna, Brielle, Jalyn, Jose Jr. and Julian. He is also survived by his brother, Waldemar Rosario and sisters, Giovanna Pacheco and Amelia Rosario.
Friends may call Friday July 6, 2012 and Saturday July 7, 2012 from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm at Joseph W. Sorce F.H. Inc. (There will be no visitation on Sunday). A Funeral will be held Monday at 11:30 am at Grace Conservative Baptist Church, 20 Demarest Avenue, Nanuet, NY 10954.
