HENRY DANIELSON Obituary

Henry T. "Skip" Danielson, age 63, passed away February 25, 2009. A Vietnam Veteran, Skip proudly served his country from 1964 - 1968 in the US Marine Corp. He was a member of the Kearsing Edwards American Legion Post 1600, in Pomona, NY. He was retired from L.V.D.C., Thiells, NY after 25 years of service. He was an avid fisherman and had a great love of family especially his grandchildren. Survived by his father Arthur F. Danielson, companion of thirty-one years Catherine B. Todd, daughters: Kelly and Gina, stepson, Charles A. Todd Jr. and wife Annmarie and three grandchildren: Charlie, Jack and Danny. Brothers, Michael and wife Phyliss Curran, James and wife Margaret Curran, John and wife Lynn Curran, William and wife Pam Curran, sister Patricia Barbera. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother Joseph Curran. Visitation will be held today, Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 10 AM, all services will be held at the George M. Holt Funeral Home, Inc. Interment, with Military Honors, will follow at the Frederick Loescher Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, New Hempstead, NY. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to New York Firefighters Burn Center Foundation, Asch Loop, Bronx, NY. GEORGE M.
