Victor Spinelli Obituary
Victor C. Spinelli, Sr., a White Plains resident, died July 28, 2015 at the age of 81. He was born May 21, 1934 in White Plains to the late Anthony and Elena Spinelli.
Victor served in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1957. On August 4, 1957, he married his wife Marie Perrotta. He was the owner of Victor's Italian American Deli in Stamford, CT.
Victor was a prominent lifelong member of Mt. Carmel Church. He was a past President of White Plains Patriots Pop Warner Football, Treasurer of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 11 and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Besides his wife Marie of White Plains, he is survived by his children, Tony Spinelli of White Plains, Joanne (Tom) Gerardi of New Canaan, CT, Cindy Shea of White Plains and Victor Spinelli, Jr. of Brooklyn; his grandchildren, Andrew Gerardi, 1st Lt. Brian (Tiffany) Gerardi, Kyle Gerardi, Victoria Gerardi, Janelle Gerardi, Michael Shea and Kelsey Shea. Victor was one of 12 siblings and is survived by Virginia Falzarano, Gino Spinelli, Teddy Spinelli and Ernest Spinelli.
He led through examples of Goodness, Giving and Positivity. He was a friend to all.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday at 9:30am at Mt. Carmel Church. Interment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
