PIKE Sadly on 3rd January, 2012, at Monklands Hospital, Derek, aged 38, beloved son of Douglas and Agnes and loved brother to Caroline, William, Janice, Agnes Jane and Douglas. Gone from our lives but never our hearts Family wish to thank everyone for cards and flowers received during this sad time.
