Charles Duggan Obituary
age 74, of Tewksbury, formerly of Wilmington, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on April 15, 2021. Charlie was the beloved husband of 52 years to Susan J. Duggan (Morris), devoted father of Karen Rizzuti & her husband Joe of Tewksbury and Kim Scott & her husband Paul of Lowell. Loving "Pappi" of Erin Scott, Madison Scott and Phenix Rizzuti. Dear son of the late John "Mike" and Margaret (Howes) Duggan, brother of Catherine Reinold, Mary Bammarito, William Duggan, Michael "Mickey" Duggan all of NH, Margaret Melvin of FL, Grace Carroll, Thomas Duggan both of Wilmington and the late Henry "Hank" Duggan, John Duggan, Francis "PeeWee" Duggan, Eugene "Gene" Duggan, James "Big Jim" Duggan and Joseph Duggan. Charlie is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather for a Graveside Service on Friday, April 23rd at 12:00 noon in Tewksbury Cemetery, 172 East St., Tewksbury, MA. Masks required due to covid regulations.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlie's memory may be made to the Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home, 800 W. Cummings Park, Suite 5000, Woburn, MA 01801.
