Jerry, the four of us have been just the best of friends for many, many years. Bruce and I feel privileged that we were a part of the unique and special relationship that you and Kathy had. Not many people are fortunate enough to share the kind of love, companionship, and joy that existed between you and Kathy, and we hope that is some comfort to you now. Remember we love you,
Betsy & Bruce
