I lived across the street from Lyle. I have had some great memories over the last ten years. I always enjoyed giving Lyle a hard time after MSU beat U of M during any athletic event (considering I'm an MSU grad.)
Lyle would always call me from across the street "Hey, Steve come over here". We would always have a good conversation and he was always there to lend a tool or some advice.
Two years ago Lyle visited my house during Christmas and visited my six year old son as Santa Claus. I wasn't sure who got more out of the visit my son or Lyle, but from then on he was Santa.
Lyle....you will be missed greatly. My family will pray for yours.

My dear Aunt Kay, may the love of those around you help you through the days ahead, although no words can really help ease the loss you bear, know that you are very close in every thought and prayer.
