Dr. W. B. Lowery

Dr. W.B. Lowery Memorial Services will be held for Dr. W.B. Lowery at 3pm Saturday, July 8, 2017 at the Overton Hotel, Lubbock, TX. He fell asleep in death at the age of 90 on Saturday, July 1, 2017. Born in 1926, in Hico, TX, he graduated from Stephenville High School, and Texas Chiropractic College in San Antonio in 1949. He was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1942, and served as an elder since 1972. He tirelessly helped many Chiropractic patients in the Littlefield, Levelland, and Lubbock area since 1949. He was happily married to Ouida Tandy in 1944 until her death in 2003. They had 4 children together: Sam, Virgil, Allan, and Yvonne. And he was a dear father-in-law to Judy, Kathy, Diane, and Tom, and 35 grandchildren & great-grandchildren. In 2004, he was married to Peggy Russell for 13 years, until his death. Dr. Lowery was dearly loved by his family, congregation, and by all who had the privilege of knowing him in the community.
