Hello, although I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Richard personally, I knew him from my years of shopping at Walmart and could just tell there was something very special about this man, very sweet and sincere, with a sparkle in his eyes and a smile I will always remember. It just makes me think how many lives Richard had touched without even knowing. My thoughts and prayers are with you. He may be gone but he will never be forgotten. I will miss your smile Richard. Brenda,I met Richard right after I started working at Wal Mart 4 years ago, and he never had a bad word to say about anyone or anything...His "on top of the world" attitude and the sparkle in his eye was so uplifting when I was feeling blue...He was a true blessing on earth...Those of us in the pharmacy, indeed the entire store, feel blessed to have known him even for the short time we were allowed. Our prayers are with you and your family.

To Brenda, Ella and all the family.
He is gone but will never be forgotten.
He will be missed by all that knew him.
He was a ray of sunshine. Especially when he came to Maine Academy of Country Music events. He loved the music and himself played the harmonica.
Thoughts and prayers are with all the family.

I was so blessed to know Richard from my years working with him at Wal-Mart. He was always so positive and "On Top Of The World". Even after I left Wal-Mart, he would seek me out when I was in there and we would chat about how he was doing and his goals and dreams. Richard was a wonderfully talented man and so very smart. He will be so greatly missed by many.

My greatest sympathies to Richard's family. He was a very wonderful man. He gave me rides home from work several times, would always inquire if I was doing okay. He even offered to stand as color guard at my brother's funeral not too far back. His ray of light and understanding will be greatly missed by all the people whom his life touched.

To Brenda and Family...
Richard was one of the warmest and honest men we had the pleasure of meeting and knowing.. He never had an un-kind word but one of assurity..I had the pleasure of meeting him when he was working in Lay-a-way at Wal-mart a few years back, he looked at my reciept and said, "howdy neighbor" , it was then that he told me that he had purchased the land on the Nelson Rd. My husband, Chuck, worked with him later on and said he was such a great man and remembers him doing his "sudoko" during his lunch break..He will be missed by many but from the "neighbors" on the Nelson Rd. We wish him God Speed and solitude.. Very brave during his fight and a great wisdom to all that knew him..You are all in our thoughts and prayers..Gone but surely never forgotten. With much love and admiration..

Aimee, Roger and I are so saddened to hear of the passing of your dad. He was one of the kindest men we had ever had the pleasure of meeting. Have peace in knowing he is no longer suffering and that he is in a better place now. If you need anything, call work, they know how to get hold of me. Take care, Love Pam (K-Mart)
