I know it was a long time ago that Marshall passed, but I think of him when ever I think of Perry's music classes at Drake and the wonderful enthusiasm he had then. Those were amazing years and for us young musicians and Marshall was always a joy to be around. Peace be with you, Marshall.

Arnold Family-
My sympathies on your loss.
I worked with Arnold at Golden Gate a few years ago. When someone I have known passes I try to think about what lesson they taught.
When I think of Arnold I remember being taken by his great work ethic and attention to detail. He was very kind, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I hope your fond memories comfort you in this difficult time.

Unfortunately distance kept our family from getting to know Marshall and his family as well as we would have liked, however, the times we did visit he was always gracious, patient and very kind. From reading the other entries in the guest book it is very obvious he touched others in the same way.

My sister, who still lives in Marin, saw Marshall's obituary and recognized his name as one I mentioned often and fondly when describing the best of times in high school. I played in the band with Marshall and shared what were some of my best times in and out school with him. I have not spent much time in Marin in many years and, until reading of reading of Marshall's death, lost my emotional connection to the area. My heart goes out to Marshall's wonderful family (my warmest regards to Feeny), he was a gem.

To the Arnold Family,

I was very fortunate to have shared many great times and fond memories with Marshall throughout our childhood and teen years. Although, our paths haven't crossed in recent years, I remember him as being a good friend who was always there when he was needed. One thing that sticks in my mind was his infectious smile and laugh. Many good thoughts and prayers go out to you from Hawaii.

Respectfully,

Thomas, Didi, Chloe and Bryce Lue

"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times." For me, Marshall represents the best of times. Sharing life experiences that ranged from soccer to music to Ram Graphics to being roommates. The musical experiences we shared will always be closest to my heart. For me, the news of Marshall's passing was truly the worst of times. I immediately became aware of how emotionally connected I have remained to him and all of you throughout the years even though I reside 3,000 miles away. Marshall and the wonderful experiences we shared will always remain a part of me. My family and I send you our hearts and prayers during this difficult time.
