I can still see his face in the morning, as we both were hurrying to get in to the building. He had a wonderful smile. May the memories continue to comfort you.

Dr. Sky -
To say that I am heartbroken is an understatement. I can't believe that I am not going to be able to walk around to your side of the 5th floor and not be able to get your guidance, or laugh at one of your many jokes. I came into the Delta PR family last, and you made me feel so comfortable even though I was scared of you at first. For the past two years I have had the pleasure of getting to know you and learning from you. I feel like I know your family after hearing all of the stories that you would tell about them. My deepest condolences go out to them at this time. I will always remember the times we went out to dinner, and you would get mad at me for using my cell phone at the table. You will always be missed and never forgotten. Love you always!

A gentle man, a true professional, a spark of light and a smile at each encounter - that's how I will remember Ron. He was a teacher and a friend and always there for me when I needed his expertise. His love of family was so very obvious; my sincere condolences to you all.

Dr. Sky, you will always be known to us as the "walking Delta handbook". You had every dental procedure and policy in your head, and you were happy to share your knowledge with us "dumb PR girls". I will think of you everytime I see steak on a restaurant menu, and maybe I'll order a Beefeater on the rocks with an onion because nothing goes better with "dead cow". Alice, the kids, and Flint are in my prayers as I feel I know them well through all of your loving stories.

Dr. Sky, I miss you so much already. We shared some great times together at the seminars. You referred to me as your "opening act" because you were definitely the headliner. You would always get upset with me at dinner the night before the seminar because I wanted to look at the menu or eat the bread before we had a cocktail. :-) We are all going to miss your jokes and your family stories. I never had the opportunity of meeting Alice, Kate, Mike or Beth but I feel as if I know them. I know they meant the world to you because you would always light up when you spoke of them. I thought it was so sweet how you referred to Alice as "your bride". I've learned so much from you not only about dentistry but about life. You will always have a special place in my heart and you will always be our "PR Papa Smurf". Thanks for everything...love you always.

Dr. Sheofsky's name is synonymous with Delta and I finally met this icon within the past five years. His sense of humour and quick wit cannot be matched. Although he will be missed, he will not forgotten. I believe he is at his post on Sun Terrace as I write.

Ron was a great friend and a great resource. He was always ready and willing to help with any issue. We relied on him a great deal here at DDIC over the years, and he will be sorely missed, not only as a dental expert, but as a wise and funny friend. He always made me laugh! Our deepest sympathy to Ron's family--he will always have a fond place in our hearts.

Delta will seem a lot emptier now. It was a pleasure to work and chat with Ron over the years. I enjoyed his dry wit and insights into dentistry and the world at large. I'm sure he's sharing those thoughts in a much higher place. My deepest sympathies to his family.

My sympathy to Ron's family for your great loss. He was a unique person, strong to the end. He loved his family over and above everything else and frequently spoke of them. Thanks to Ron I now have more flowers and less deer in my gardens. He cannot be replaced. I will miss him.

20 years with Delta Dental, and even though I was never in management(UNION); Dr. S. always snuck in a smile and friendly comments between that sweet mustache and goatee--making me feel more important in the Delta employee roster. He most certainly was a strong influence to many, and will be sadly missed by friends and family alike. It was an honor to know him as long as I did.

Dr. Sheofsky will be missed greatly here at Delta Dental. He was so kind and funny with a quick wit about himself. The dental offices loved his charm during our Seminars and had nothing but nice things to always say about him. He's a tough act to follow... My heart goes out to his wife and children, he was truely a wonderful co-worker and will be missed.

Everyone will have a special moment they can remember about Dr. Sheofsky. I remember all the years worth when we always spoke about starting with Delta around the same time and sharing the historical moments of Delta life. I learned from him, I grew with him, I laughed with him and in the past years shared conducting seminars with him. He brought joy and laughter to the dullest of moments and now tears because we have lost a great person. To Mrs. Sheofsky and family I extend my heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

Dr. Sheofsky will be sorely missed. We spent many years doing seminars together and his humor was always appreciated by those of us at Delta and the audiences. We spent many a time talking (and smoking!) out on the terrace and I can't imagine not seeing him there. My sympathies to his immediate family and know that his "second" family at Delta will remember him always.

Dr. Sheofsky was a sweetheart and a dear friend to everyone at Delta. Whenever, I saw Dr. Sheofsky he would have a smile on his face with a great sense of humor. Dr. Sheofsky and I often shared moments of winning the lotto or retiring from Delta. Whenever, I saw Dr. Sheosfsky, he always asked me was "I happy working in God's Country" Dr. Sheofsky, considered the 5th floor as "God Country". May, Dr. Sheofsky, rest in peace and he will always be a part of God Country. Love, Emma
